Booking forms
Please fill in your booking form with your full details
Please note that age and sex details of your child is important as we try
to match suitable gifts dependant on the information that you supply to us.
Train times, some trains book up very fast so if your preferred time train is full
we will try to book you on the next nearest available train.
Once completed please return it together with a Cheque's made payable
to "Echills Wood Railway Society", for the full amount of tickets booked.
Or clearly fill in your Credit or Debit Card details on the form
Please also include a SAE for returning the tickets
Applications for Santa Tickets should be returned to us as early as possible in the year
to avoid being disappointed;
Remember only a specific number of tickets are available on each train!
Your tickets will be returned in your SAE during November,
children’s names and information cannot be changed after the closing date.

Warwickshire CC current charge is £3.00 per car entrance fee
Tickets to be retained and shown on all other train journeys to gain
free extra rides during operating times.
Ticket Conditions for TRAVELLING on EWR.
Santa Special Adults:-
Return ticket to Santa’s Grotto from Harvesters,
including hot seasonal cheer and a mince pie,
followed by unlimited travel on the service passenger trains,
during the day’s operation - subject to availability.
Santa Special Children:-
Return ticket to Santa’s Grotto from Harvesters,
Visit Santa and receive a present,
followed by unlimited travel on the service passenger trains
during the day’s operation - subject to availability.
Train times on all days commencing at
10:30 hours until 16:30 hours.
Tickets for Santa specials are
only valid for the date and time stated on the ticket.
Passengers should arrive in good time to allow the time table to be maintained.
We recommend you should book in at Santa's Reception tent
at least 15 minutes before your train departure time
Parking
Remember to allow plenty of time to find a space,
All of the car parks near the railway fill up quickly on some days
so you may have to use one of the lakeside parking areas
Please do not attempt to use the Harvesters car park.
If you have a later timed train booking then you are welcome to take
some free rides on the service trains before your booking time.
But please remember to allow adequate time to be back at Harvesters station
so that you can book in, and not cause any delays
Day or time choice may only be changed in advance
